Just out of curiosity, where did you see the a/r for the hot side? I scoured all the pics and didn't see anywhere the a/r imprinted on the hot side.
I meant to say just for the exhaust side, the compressor side is obvious, lol.
well i guess i assumed since he said it has a "48" stamped on it...

wow, lol, I guess it helps if I read through the post. Didn't even read the post after seeing the subject title. There's my dumbass move for the day!
Remove the housings and measure the fans (inducer and exducer) or try to find a serial or model number on the CHRA.
it will be my first time disassembling a turbo. will i need gaskets and such when i put it back together? I'll do some searching on rebuild in the meantime. there doesn't seem to be shaft play so i doubt i would do a rebuild, i was just curious on how much air this thing'll push
it looks to be a t-3 to me.
When in doupt, grub.
yeah....probably right....
damn....
**When I was cross-referencing the numbers on the hot side I kept finding it as a turbonetics part #....but that turbonetics part # is for an .82 t3 housing not the .48 listed inside it...
So I have no clue if it would be the .82 a/r or .48
