I was actually thinking of using the an aftermarket civic radiator because of all the space it saves, if it does work then hell yeah im in business, I cant see the pics from work though :-(
i love the k series style turbo manifold
ok, great guys thanks!!!
I was looking into using that style radiator on my turbo 2200, it would really free up some space and I would be able to modd my intercooler piping to run through like he has.
The RD Fabs sunfire(Agent Omega) is also running a Honda radiator like that.

Damn thats not what i wanted to hear, hmmm wonder how to keep mine cool..........
We made one minor change to the setup this year and the car is running cool as could be. No more overheating--just needs more boost
Current Setup:
*Honda Civic 2-core radiator
*Thermostat deleted
*Permacool flex fan
*No coolant to heater core
was it a bitch to get that Honda radiator to work, like I said I been thinking about this for 2 years and now that I see it can be done I am even more interested, MORE SPACE FOR BOOST!!!

A b1tch? No, not at all. Some stupid issues along the way? Yes, absolutely.
I've become painfully aware of the fact that the cooling systems in our cars basically...well...sucks. The way it's setup now works flawlessly, though, and I don't plan on changing it. But I do plan on running coolant to the core this winter so I'll have heat again.
One thing you want to keep in mind is where your hood latch supports fall (because they may come close) and also to measure (3) times before you cut anything so it'll come out centered and perfect. The only hose that gave me trouble was the large upper one. I couldn't find anything off the shelf for any car that would make the complicated bend, so I made it out of stainless steel. I used to use a rubber one that was close, but I still wasn't totally satisfied.
