Engine:
  • Cold Air Induction
  • MSI 6AL Digital Ignition
  • Iridium Sparkplugs
  • HotPlugs 9mm Spark plug wires
  • complete engine overhaul at 165
  • 500 miles .020 bore(new pistons
  • cam
  • rods
  • lifters
  • rings
  • oil pump
  • gaskets
  • connecting rods
  • cam and crank bearings
  • timing belt assembly
  • valves
  • valve seats
  • valve guides
  • valve springs and rocker arms)
  • had the head ported and polished
  • had thottle body butterfly assembly crafted from billet lightwieght aluminum and finally... a new radiator and freeze plugs.
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:
  • Eibach front coilover strut towers with some kind of cheap spring I found at autozone and bilstien rear shocks. Combined with a forward strut tower brace and rear shock mount brace filling the gap with an adjustable forward anti-sway bar.\ ...and my smalltime 1.8" lowering kit.
Interior:
  • Black leather with white leather trimmed seats. White carpet from front to back. New Eurospeed white guages that display the same flourescent white face and ocean blue lettering at night. I started playing around a bit with Do-it-yourself fiberglass kits and plaster of paris(for the molds) and created a custom console assembly to make the areas around the shifter and e-brake more sloped and rounded with a sharp edge in areas to resemble the shape of the car. I tried my hand in custom upholstery
  • but kept messing it up. So I Had the Interior door panels remade in black and white vinyl
  • as well as having black and white vinyl inserts made for the backseats arm rests alcoves... all by a professional this time.
Exterior:
  • New Harley Davidson ChromedBlack paint job with a blurred chrome gradiant behind the forward wheel wells leading very shortly back the fender onto the door at a downward slope trailing off just below the mirror. Konig 17" rims with z-rated Kumho tires. Z24 appearance package bought from 3 cars totalled in a junkyard and assebled over a lenghty time period.
Audio:
  • Two 10" Rockford Fosgate Power HX2's enclosed in a Q-Logic dual bandpass box
  • powered by a Rockford Fosgate db1500 mono class d amp with remote amp control. 1-farad digital capacitor. The deck is beauty... a Pioneer Premier DEH-P9400MP competition with everything a person needs to make grandma wet the bed(everything is cusomisable). Infinity 3.5" Front Mids Kenwood 1" tweets mounted in custom guage pods low on the a-pillars. And believe it or not... the stock 6x9's in the rear deck. I hate to say it
  • but after 15 years they still sound better than most of the @!#$ I've bought aftermarket. And probably one of the most jerry-rigged wiring harnesses you've ever seen in your life. ...but you'll only notice it if you look closely in the trunk. :P
Miscellaneous:
  • Well
  • since I'm in the local Fire Department... I needed emergency lights. I've got a custom built switch panel array in the custom console armrest with saftey switches for my three sets of lights. I've got a 9"Wx2"H Red/Clear combo LED dash mounted primary light from Tomar Two small strobe lights installed in the grille about 2 feet apart working on a triple flash pattern(red/white combination also) and a wig-wag switch wired to the headlamps.
Future:
  • To remove most of this stuff and put it in my new vehicle
  • then sell this old ass ride.
