I noticed that too. Last year it was in September. Naturally I would better be fit at the V6Z24 bash but well I have friends and family in OH, I used to work at Lordstown and OH is an 8 hour drive for me up 1 road that I have drive 40 times already (fairly scenic through WV and VA mountains...) as opposed almost 15 hours to Iowa.
Reality is time has slowly shifted the action over to the 3rd Gens and the Delta platform. I only cling to my car mainly because it is a convertible and I have owned it for 16 years.

i think i'll be in mild too.
id almost say wild. only because of the air ride. some people will say it because the paint but i dont think that should have an effect on classing. but the extent of the paint might be a bump.
id like to know some specs of classes, ie: turbo, paint, susp., kit.
As long as the show doesn't conflict with another big show here in Ontario, I think you may be seeing a few of us Canucks taking the long trip. Looks like Big Poppa, Bummrz, myself (and I'm trying to get a hold of Phewes and a few others) will caravan together.

Yeah, I've had this discussion with a few people. If Cavattack, Fetter, Sndsgood, Bummerz, Big Poppa, JoeyBaggs all show up....the Wild class will be INTENSE. IMO this is the majority of the nicer cars on the org. Plus whatever nicer cobalts show up. Competition will be TOUGH, and someone is going to be "screwed" because there isn't enough trophies to go around for an elite class of VERY well built cars. They will have to get REALLY picky to differentiate a definite winner.
