I don't deal a ton with focal, but for rainbows, slc265NG is going to be had around 220-250. Rainbow-audio.de for any specs and model browsing. Let me know if u decide on rainbow. I can double check with my dealer on focal. If he carries them, pricing will be just as kick ass as with rainbow. I would say look into morel as well but in that price range they can't touch rainbow. Their good stuff doesn't kick in till about 400 bucks lol

I doubt the slc's will disappoint. Just called my dealer tho and he doesn't deal focal. Said he has 3 companies that are direct competitors and focal doesn't make a standout product interesting enough to compromise those 3. He did say dls has some stuff in ur range but it will be a lot more "smooth", mellow and warm than the rainbows. The rainbows will be the brighter, crisper, louder option. At 260$ he can have slc's to ur door

The only other question I had for everyone was is it better to replace the back speakers with conponents or just take out the speakers and leave em out? A very good friend told me ill be better off taking out the rears and leVin them out.
If you dont care about your passengers or have enough power up front (both for me) then just take them out. It frees up more power for the fronts and doesnt muddy the front.

I have not had time to do a lot of that stuff band bill gass(well not him directly but the guy I talked to at his store) was a completely cocky prick when I applied for a sales position, not surprised I never got a call, I doubt my resume even made it to him...
