The undercoating weighs something like 20oz per can I think? I don't recall off-hand, but you can never, ever get every last bit of spray out of it, there's always some left when you toss the can. So far I've used probably about 8 cans I guess, pretty much everything from the B-pillars back is covered (not counting the b-pillars themselves, I need to get the belts/covers off first). As for durability, it really doesn't have any
That could be caused by the cold tho, b/c cold makes it take a lot longer to cure. It's paintable tho, so I'm trying to find a good paint that will be real tough and not get all messed up when I have to sit/step on it.

I cut out the middle section of the rear deck and I'm going to re-build it as low as possible so I can fit amps up top and will be glassing the cover w/ plexi window to show off the amp
Also, I'll be converting to 6.5" (if I can fit them good, otherwise 5.25") ALpine Type-R components. And, as you can tell, I rock the system even w/ a mostly-stripped interior
On a side note, anybody know where I can get the tool to remove those seatbelts?? I'm looking for the tool to remove the bottom bolts, the gigantic 6-point star kinda lookin' ones. I have nothing that fits in them
thats right! built, boosted sedans! i just wish that i knew they made Z24 sedans back in the day! a sedan with a 2.4 5-speed?! but ya, after the winter.....

I got mine at Autozone. It's just a big torx head socket...T47.
However, I just got a new set, and the T50 seems to be a very snug fit (the T47 was a little loose, but it's taken them in and out dozens of times...pretty beat up though).

T50 huh? Thanks man. I was figuring it was Torx, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a full set when I only need one certain one haha. I tried to use a screwdriver, but it kinda broke

Hopefully it'll get welded into place tonite so I can continue work on the deck. You can find more details in the SpyderWizard #2 post on page two saying how much I spent, lengths of pieces, etc.
