1998 Pontiac Sunfire

About This Vehicle:

Initially I bought the car because I needed a daily driver and it was the only thing I could afford at the time. At first I was cutting it up, always laughing about, calling it a @!#$ty sunflower, but over time, I fell in love with the car and all it's shortcomings and I lovingly named her Petunia because she is a purple sunflower. The car is a misfit, right out of the gate, the car was hated by almost everyone and whenever you ask people why they don't like it, they can't give an answer that is backed up by any facts. I have done some research, found that the engine is a very stable reliable engine and while it might not be the easiest to mod, it holds up to modifications very well thanks to its cast iron block. I'm now ready to start building it up to be a peppy street car. It has high miles (280000 to be exact) and I know it is risky to mod a car that has that much experience, but I don't care.
