2004 Chevrolet CavalierAbout This Vehicle:
My 2004 Cavalier is an interesting project. it went from a stock 4 door to something mean. Wanted to do a front/rear conversion cause i liked the look of the 00-02 models. The dash and door panels were also changed to the 95-99 Sunfire version. The dash conversion was done due to the Cavalier dashes cracking at the front defrost vent. Also added a competition wing.

MODIFICATIONS
Engine:- Totally rebuilt Ecotec motor. Stage 1 Comp cams
- Ferrea 75 lb dual valve springs
- stock valves
- rockers and lifters. Wiseco stock bore 10:1 flat top pistons
- Eagle H-beam rods
- Sealed Power rod and main bearings
- Cloyes timing and balance shaft chain kits
- Melling oil pump. New heater hoses
- refurbished injectors
- braided fuel hoses. A?C was also deleted to save wasted horsepower.
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:- Eibach Sportline lowering springs
- KYB shocks and struts
- 22mm Z24 front sway bar with Moog polyurethane sway bar bushing and link kits
- Prothane Motion Control polyurethane control arm bushings
- rear axle beam replaced. Set of Riaxx 17 inch 10 spoke black wheels with machine lip with 4 Nitto Neo-Gen tires. New ball joints and outer tie rod ends.
Interior:- Changed interior to the 95-99 Sunfire style dash and door panels. Deleted rear seat. Pair of black Summit Racing cloth racing seats
- 2 red RJS 5-point harnesses
- 4-point roll cage
- oil and volt gauge and mini pillar mounted fire extinguisher on passenger side.
Exterior:- Converted front and rear to the 00-02 style with z24 front bumper
- competition drift style wing. Black euro headights and tailights.
Audio:- Pioneer DEH-X3500UI head unit matching front 4x6 and rear 6x9 speakers.
Future:- Wings West lower front/rear lip kit with side skirts
- set of adjustable coil over spring kit
- aftermarket ram air hood.
