2004 Dodge Neon SXTAbout This Vehicle: This car is stock except for a K&N air filter and that is how it is going to stay. I have run it at the track, but only a couple of times, it ran a 16.11. I went to the track another time and it ran a 16.5, put slicks on it and it ran 16.4, took slicks off and put on my homemade ram air and it ran in the mid 16.3 Body Style: Sedan
