Back in September 2006 I bought a RK sport sunfire lip kit for $445(usd) from
J. Cisneros a premium member on the org and I have still not received it or my money back I have made attempts almost every day to contact him and have gotten no response in 2 months this is a Clear case of fraud however I would rather just either get my kit or my money back before I go and destroy someone’s life with a criminal record charge and since I am in Canada I can charge him under the Canadian as well as the united states criminal code.

I never made an attempt to deal with him after I was going to buy his Koni/GC kit. He PM'd me informing me that he couldn't sell them due to "something bad" coming up. Few weeks later I read a post by Darkstars about his new Koni/GC kit bought from Jay.
Jay left on a very bad note, which is a damn shame, because I had respected him and would've expected much more..............guess it shows you how people can dramatically change and do the unexpected.
I know of another person he's ripped it off, and I'm sure he'll chime in soon.

When I bought the kit from him he was respected and I thought it would be fine and I understand things happen but I have not had any contact with him in 2 months and that is what pisses me off. Bassically I just paid $500cnd for a big headache luckily for me I have spent the last three years studying the criminal code and if something is not done soon I will put this in motion now knowing I am not the only one my case is getting ever stronger and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm the guy form the Classifieds. I sent like 75$ (usd) to him, for a 95-99 rear Z24 bumper ,which isn't as a big deal as 400$, but it still is money basically that has been thrown away. I sent the payment to him right before Christmas. I emailed him repeatedly since then, and he finally reached me, and told me he had been away for the holidasend the bumperys, so me being the person i am, i tried to give him another chance to either send the bumper or the money. Well, i never have seen either of them. I tried repeatedly to get in contact with him via email. But no luck. When someone finds him, please let us know. Mainly let Nathan know. I'm a true believer in Karma, (like on "My name is Earl") and i dont like putting bad thoughts on people. But i'm waiting and praying for the day something like this happens to him, so he can then be put in the same situation he's put us all in.

Man I had a chance to dick him with a $1500 check coulda stopped payment but thats not that nice is it, I feel for all of you I would talkt o Anton in this region he probably talks to Jay the most but then again I could be wrong so...... Yeah, I wish I could help you guys out but to be honest he is being shady to me also. He had a couple of my parts at his house for the swap that I was supposed to do and has not answered any of his phone calls since before chirstmas. It has gotten to the point where I gave up on the swap after calling him 3 times a day for a week and him not answering or responding to any of my calls. I go to school like an hour away from where he lives and ill see if I can find time to go give him a visit but I cant promise anything, sorry guys. If for some reason he decides to return my calls ill find out whats going on. Again I apologize for the way he is being, cuz he is doing it to me to just not nearly as bad as you guys.
Im glad Im not the only one, he claimed that i never sent him a full 425$ through paypal, but that he only got $300 of it , when all my payments were marked completed. after emailing him about it 3 or 4 times I opened a dispute on each one, and 5 minutes after doing this he Instant messages me saying "you want to go through paypal huh? well now you will get nothing".
In the end i won the "claim" but only got back $3.67 of my $425... i chuck it up as money simply lost. Id like to get it back, even if its just the $300 he claimed that i sent like i told him i would accept...
o well... on a brighter note soon i get my pnp head back from the shop! (now i feel better)

No truer words have been said, which is a shame. I have known Jay for a few years, and he's always been a pretty good guy, up untill lately I guess. I did buy a 'Sport' front bumper and lip off of him, Anthony even drove it up and dropped it off.

I assume that it was because its all he had in his paypal account... even if you are verified i assume that paypal cannot delve into your bank account, but it can take all of what you have in "paypal" money and give it to who you owe it to. maybe if he gets more money in there ill get it? i actually dont know, i should look into it, but i was too disgusted with the whole thing to bother... Ill email paypal and find out and get back to you guys sometime next week i guess.
i got in contact with him via text message last night.
he claims to be refunding my money through paypal but says he dosent have knowledge about the rest of the people.
also claims no internet access other than library.

i just got screwed over for $85 from another .org member for a addco front sway bar. its the worst feeling in the world.. i know its not $400... but a dollar to me would have sucked to have lost.

I got dicked out of $605 2 summers ago. I feel your pain, but good luck in getting even a dime back. A few org members and I tracked down the girl who screwed us over and nothing worked. I even filed with the FBI and never heard back.

internet theft still = theft. The problem is that there are so many cases of it, it takes forever for them to be investigated. IDK what would come of it, a ticket, judgement of restitution against him, and depending on state, garnished wages
