I just need some verification and didnt find any threads with actual answer. I recently bought a 2002 Cavalier for a really good deal. Previous owner swears there is 150k miles on it. (know the guy) but the odometer reads only 50k. I thought that 2002 cavs had a 6 digit odometer or am I wrong? When you turn the key into the AC position the cluster lights up all the way with the 8888888 before the numbers read and I dont see any dim or missing spots. Could it be 50k or does it start over at 100?

Was the bcm replaced? It's under the dash on the drivers side.




On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.

Sorry for late reply. But as far as I know its all original nothing been replaced. only the usual upkeep.
