My 2002 Saturn vue has reached 460,000km (285,000 miles) and still runs great. No noticeable oil consumption, noises etc. I change the oil before 10,000km and drive 1000 km per week all highway.
I have the same setup. But mine is an 04. 180,000 miles and going. Fantastic truck if I do say so myself. I couldn't be happier for $1500 (had 163k when purchased)
