I know a lot of guys are coming in using GPS, use 10 W Main St, Xenia, OH to get there. 300 xenia towne sq isn't comin up on a lot of people's devices.
The hotel is on the corner of Main and Church, on the north east corner. You won't miss it!

Mapquest indeed sucks.
And I don't know about relying on GPS. We had some issues with that one a few years back....i believe it went something like..follow me..i have GPS lol. (Cahill was it?)
