MY CAR IS CUTTING OUT ?

ok this is really messed up, so maybe some people with some smarter engine sense than i can figure this out, this is what i am running
2.4 litre twin cam only 40,000 miles new from (engine swap)
OBX Header
Throttle Body Spacer
New Plugs
New ECM
Air Intake
Magna flow converter
5in Japenese muffler
New plug Boots
New tubing to map sensor ( i say this because some times it cracks and that causes a similar problem often due to vacuum loss)
18 in rims, ( i say this because i don't know if the difference would mess with the computer or not)
5 speed manual
TESTED VACUUM---- 23 psi or w/e it measures in this is what my gauge is reading
O2 Sensors are functioning properly...

ok now that we know the specs heres my problem:
Every once in a while when i go to shift right after starting my car it will act like it is going to die, but it never actually shuts off, it drops to like 150 to 300 rpms and bounces up and down and if u wait one minute it will then come back up to the right rpm range, now once it dose its dirty frustrating deed it will run perfect. it dose not do this every time but it is getting more and more often, and i am getting ready to throw the paint on my kit, and i don't want to drop that kind of bills if this engine is going out. i don't think it is but i cant figure this @!#$ out, they want 200$ for a diagnostics test around my places. if someone has any ideas pleas let me know, thanks guys, please only serious posts no b/s and arguing

find someone with an obdII scanner and monitor the a/f while its warming up (that first minute or so)

because it seems like once the engine gets a little heat it in it works fine. My though is its not getting enough fuel, air is a given, combustions a given because it works fine after a minute.

try swappingyour idi cover wit a friends if u have one wit a z, if that fixes it your problems some where in there. Look at theplugs they will tell you alot. It could also be the module but they are pretty costly and id make really sure it was that b 4 u bought one.. then try ur fuel filter they are cheap and a easy fix. ill keep thinkin but this stuff is right off the top of my head. hopefully it helps ya
