I need a new cat for my car and everyone I've talked to keeps telling me that the downpipe and cat are not one piece. When I took mine off it was one piece and now I can't find a replacement one except from Autozone or the dealer and those are a lot more than I would like to spend.

Basically I just need to know of any resources for a used 2.4 cat

How about just buying a new one from Magnaflow. I know that pick-n-pulls and places like that are not legally able to sell someone a used catalytic converter. I would look into part number 94035 for the magnaflow cat. Its been proven that it won't throw codes on our cars.

I want something that is going to bolt right up, ie: stock

dunno where you can get a stock other then the places you mention but you can get just a cat online fairly cheap and most exhaust shops would get around $50 to weld it up.. just find a small shop they are usually alot cheaper then a big name chain shop.
