I have a '93 Sunbird, and all the guages suddenly stopped working when I started my car ("all" gauges= speedometer, temp, fuel, all switch lights, heater/center console lights and backlight on auto shifter) The turn signals still work, check engine, oil, etc. lights still work, my CD player still works, etc. So basically anything that turns on when you flick the night-light switch won't light up. I already checked the fuse, and it's fine. Just want to see if anyone has an opinion or thought on where to look first for the problem, as I'm not exactly mechanically inclined when it comes to my car. Thanks.

Sounds like a ground problem, Or a wiring is shorted out some where. Hows the battery terminals, Might want to check that area out. Or could have a problem with youre ECU computer, Ive had a few problems have happen to me that way.
