Which one is the low-pressure cap? Is it the blue cap near the alternator? The car is a 1998 Cavalier with a 2200. Thanks!

yes, blue is low pressure, high is red. Another way to tell the lines apart is low pressures lines are bigger since they contain only liguid, and high pressure smaller since they contain gas

Yep. And recharging hoses will only plug in to their intended port anyway, one port is a tad bigger than the other.
