Re-Learn Process

I recently took out my gauge cluster to replace a bulb that was burnt out, well LED. But after i installed my cluster back in my speedo is now 5mph off. I was told by somebody that there is a relearning process but i am unsure to what this is and how to do it. Anyone heard of this before?

I know something got messed up lol. Any clue as to what or how to fix it? My guess is i am going to have to take it to the dealer and have them recalibrate it.

Does the needle return to zero at a stop? If it does not, then you have a dragging needle. Remove the clear cover and "gently" work the needle to hopefully remove any parasitic friction. Do not pull the needle off at any cost as you may damage it.

There is no "recalibration" on the clusters from a electronic perspective.

Did you remove the needles?
