Ok I all of a sudden heard a loud squeak coming from drivers side rear and when I go over bumps a loud tapping like something is loose or snapped..>I'm thinking shock, strut or spring....anyone help???? if so how much does this stuff run to fix....

probably blew a strut mount.
thats what it sounds like to me, and you are hearing your strut hitting the rear dash.
ok well i just checked the exhaust and the exhaust is loose...so i'm thinking 04 cav ls sport
it must be that the clamp rusted and broke or it just came loose....either way I will take
it to get looked at this weekend....

muffler straps do tend to rot quite often.....
