Random long misfires

Guys im having a huge problem. While just driving around, doesn't matter what rpm or how far down i am on the gas, (even coasting) It starts running on 3 cylinders for about 1 min. Then after that 1 min its perfectly fine. If i am very very easy on it 5 % throttle it will not do it very much. if i am more throttle then that it runs fine for a bit, then right back on 3 cylinders. I've ran a compression test and it showed 150 on all 4. Put 2 different spark plugs in and it doesn't make a difference. I have swapped out the ignition coil with a brand new one. Still same thing. I was about to replace map sensor, swap to my stock fuel injectors but then i thought i would ask. Also my gauges on my dash reset all by themselfs quite a bit. Im trying to give all the information i can- this misfire has occured before but completely went away. Many many times it would do this and just disappear but now its not. Maybe a bad pcm?? You say i'll do. please someone help me out.

Wet weather and bad contact in wiring could cause symptoms.
