Well I'm repairing the wiring that I forgot to ungplug before I pulled the engine. Since the car is just a winter beater I just tossed everything back in fast to get running. So now that the car is getting a newer transmission I thought I would replace it and also the compressor since I have both layin' around. So do I need this, or can I just cut this out and patch the wires and be done. Thanks!

Well I got the wires repaired and just pushed the wires into the whatever. So call it fixed.
