Today I went to install my HID kit and noticed I have a oily substance all over passenger side of engine bay, looks like from sling by the belt. I pulled the wheel and inner fender off and its a pretty good leak. A friend of mine said it looks like the front main seal for crank, any thoughts?

Do you need to pull off the timing chain cover to replace it?
