Ok here's the problem.I have a grinding noise up front and I can feel the vibration in the floorboard when it does it.The speed of it is like if you count, one, two, three, four, five as if you were counting seconds instead it's grind, grind, grind, grind, grind.Happens between 25 and 60mph in 3ed 4th and 5th gear.I have a new hub and wheel bearings on the driver side, passenger side seems ok,raised it up and tried to wiggle the tire up and down and side to side and there is no play,CV shafts seem to be ok they don't feel loose or have any visible damage or wear, balljoints are nice and tight, transmission has adequate fluid as does the engine. It does get a little faster with speed the 1 2 3 4 5 counting is like at 35mph then at 55 or 60mph it's a little quicker. It's driving me bat s**t crazy and I don't have a lot of money to just throw at parts till I find it.Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance everyone. BTW if it helps it's a 1998 Cavalier 2.2L 5 speed

I would still suspect the pass side wheel bearing. It may be tight but that doesn't mean its not dry.
Does the noise get any louder when going around a bend? you should also try to determine what side of the car the noise is coming from.
Sounds like it is coming from the front driver side and it stops when I brake. All front brake components are good. Not any change when going around curves.Bad wheel bearing on the new hub?Didn't start till about a week after the new hub went on.It's not all the time I can go 50 miles and it's fine then out of the blue it grinds.Should I pull the hub and check it out and grease it and see if it helps?I could always grease both wheel bearings and if that stops it I'll know what it is and I can replace it.Well when the rain stops. If you have any other ideas yall please fire em at me! Thanks Spike700 and everyone else in advance!

When you changed the hub did you replace the steering knuckle seal? If you did, it is possible that the inner CV joint got over extended. It is also quite possible that the new hub has a defect.
Replaced the hub and the steering knuckle seal again and it's good to go.Turned out to be a bad hub.Traded it in on the warranty for another one and it's good to go now. Thanks for the suggestions and the help! I was worried that it was something else but thankfully is wasn't.Again thank you!
