Oil sludge buildup and leaking FPR (eco)

So, I had the LZM tri flow cams installed today by my buddy...install went smooth, timing was out one tooth, but we fixed it... anyhow, I have oil sludge inside the valvecover and all over the valvetrain... you have to wipe with a rag for a while to rub it off surfaces... under his valvecover there is virtually no sludge...we both switched to synthetic after the first oil change, he went with castrol synthetic I went with royal purple...disappointed.. the sludge is normal running the dino oil, I see it in the ecotec engines I've bought and pulled apart all the time..is this normal? Back when the car was under warranty I was getting the oil changes done at the dealer and one time I had suspected they weren't putting in the RP I was giving them after I checked and there was no purple tinge...anyhow just wondering if I should be changing oils or if it hasn't been running pure synthetic over the palty 70,000km that are on the engine currently (2003).

Other issue is my FPR is leaking fuel... I know this is a common problem, I've seen it on other freinds cars first hand, it leaks right under it, and pools by the fuel rail..I've cleaned it up there and then later on noticed the gas there again. Anyone have experience with this problem, i know that only a new fpr will fix it.

Don't buy from MANTAPART!!
There is no easy ways to get HP, no magic box or gizmo... And if you get more hp, there's no way to make your car still behave and sound like a stock one. More hp usually makes your car louder, more vibrations and harder to drive...but still people hope or think maby there's some magic way to have it all, comfort, stock sound and drive.
