Found: Odometer Light Part Number

Yes people, you read that right. A very helpful man at Bill Gray Pontiac here in Pittsburgh managed to find a miscellaneous part number in the system that had no descriptor other than "bulb" . He ordered it for me just to see what on earth would show up, and low and behold, it was an ACDelco box containing the elusive odometer light replacement bulb.

GM part number 16208443

This worked for my 98 sunfire with the LCD odometer, hopefully others will find this useful as well.

Good work on the part number... but the issue with odometer lights is the 2000+ cars... where it's soldered to the board inside of the cluster, and you can't take it apart to replace it. The 98, 99 cars were never a real problem... just pop the bulb out the back.

The 2000-05 owners are still SOL.

I replaced mine with an LED. It involved desoldering all the stepper motors that drive the gauge needles, so I figured if I'm going in, I'm going to make sure I don't have to do it again.
