Going to do a tranny fluid change on the wife's 99 GT. I was thinking of doing a DIY t-tech by pulling the transmission cooler line that pushes fluid into the radiator. Couple questions.
1) Which line is the "supply"
2) Is this even worth it since doing a pan drop changes alot of the fluid as it is.
My goal is get as much of the old fluid out as possible and use MaxLife ATF with some Trans-X to see if I can get a little bit of slippage to go away. I tried using some Lucas Transmission Fix and I'm sure it did nothing but gum up the inside of the transmission. I may run some seafoam through it first to try and clean as much of that crap out of it as possible.
