The drivers side window has been causing me problems lately. It is a power window. The window has no problems rolling down, but when i want to roll up the window, it starts to roll up but then slowly stops like it ran out of power. if i wait a couple minutes, i can start to roll the window up again, but then it very slowly rolls up about a centimeter and then stops. any advice to what causes this and how to fix it?
yea my passenger did that....its your motor going out on you. otherwise if you hit your button and you hear a click like its gettin power then its your switch. but with mine it did the same thing yours did. would go down all day long but if i wanted it to go up it would go like half an inch and be done for like an hour.....if thats the case you need a new motor...go to the junk yard and grind one off. they are riveted on....i was lucky the motor i needed had already been replaced so it was bolted on. but if its still stock you will have to grind off the rivets or something and bolt or rivet it back in
