i just bought a 97 sunfire 2.2L but the airbag light is on, the owner said they replaced the airbags after a accident, but did not replace the module under the passenger seat.
Now, is it possible to get a module from the wreckers and put it in, will it need to be reprogramed??, or is it plug and play.??? if its not, how much does GM charge to reprogram it?
or
I might just swap over the airbags from my 96 Sunfire which i might be scraping soon. will 96 sunfire airbags fit in a 97 sunfire car?
