I sent my dad out on his day off to pick up a coolant flushing kit for me. He did, but came home with one that has no freaking directions!

There are a couple different "T" connectors here. I'm assuming for different sized lines, as well as a couple of hose clamps, a couple caps, and a thing that looks like it screws into the T.

So what's the basic process to doing this? Could someone run me through it quick? (Hopefully with a diagram!)
