2001 Cavalier 2.2L4. I'm noticing a strange vibration in the right front when I turn to the left. I can ONLY notice it when I'm turning the wheel to the left anywhere beyond 25MPH. I can hear the vibration and feel it in the wheel and the floorboard. Any ideas? I can't imagine a wheel bearing because they make noise all the time. Also I've never seen a j-body take a tie rod. Maybe the half shaft?
