So, to start, i'm not sure if this is the right forum but i'm taking a shot. Yes, i'm new to the 4-cylinder / j-body scene, so don't hate too hard
I've got an '03 Cavalier, it had a 2.2 Ecotec with a supercharger (aluminum block, the works) which was swapped for the original, all stock (except injectors) 2.2 Ecotec with a Hahn Turbo kit (our agreement for the deal he was giving me on the car...the original "stock" engine doesn't even have 1k miles on it)
When i bought the car, it had a F.A.S.T. ECM with it, programmed and wired for the supercharger, so i sent it to the only local "high-performance" mechanic around (i basically live in the country...all v8's)
After a long, painful process of getting the right program for the engine (F.A.S.T. accidently programmed it for a v8 somehow) they sent it back with an updated program and a new wiring diagram.
My question is, how long should it take to do the necessary re-wiring, and how troublesome should it be if i have to go pick up the car from him early?
He's had the car, the updated ECU, and the new wiring diagram for over 3 weeks now, and i haven't heard an update from him (granted he did start a second job)
