Fan stopped working. Yes, I've checked the relay and fuse, so now I'm thinking fan switch? Only one issue, where is it and what do they look like?

Well lets see, the fan is controlled by the PCM. It comes on with the A/C on, or when engine temp is above a certain temp.
So does yours not come on at all?
Does your fan spin freely by hand
There isnt a "fan switch", the PCM applies power to the fan relay, which closes, and completes the circuit for the fan.
How about checking if you have 12V at the fan motor with the A/C on, if yes, is your ground good, if yes, your fan motor is show

Well I have the fans set to turn on at 190' via HPT. How would I test the power at the motor? Would I have to pull it out?

Jump 12v to the fan to see if the fan works at all. That's first thing i would do, if it does work then the trouble shooting process begins.
*Jim Kechley* i have the fans set to turn on at 190 our cars only have one fan i thought.
Yes, my fault. Yes it only has one fan, but when viewing the ECM parameters, HPT gives the option to adjust two fans. Well anyways I do have my one singular fan set to turn on at 190' and it still won't kick on even when I overheat to 200'... So do I have to pull the fan to check it? Hell I may as well upgrade to dual fans if the original motor is shot and if i can fit a dual, seeing as I can adajust them both with HPT. Anyone know a dual fan that will fit?

Just put aligator clips on the connector to the fan and run the wires to your battery to test it. I had to do this once also.
i'm pretty sure i read somewhere on here in another forum of people doing that, putting dual fans in their cars. I know our 03 Buick with the 3100 has dual fans, and i think the 3400 3800 any of those engines probably have dual fans as standard.
