2.4 timing gears/valve cover plate

anyone know how to remove this metal plate its the only thing holding the heads on and we cant figure out how to remove it because of the timing chain tensioner, we've removed all bolts inluding the 4 that were holding it to the oil pan

if anyone has done this please leave input
