Ok so recently my car started having problems first on the list.

My mpg went down.
when you get in and drive it warm or cold if you drive slow it will chug and learch between 2000-3000rpms
if you drive it for about 20 minutes and shut it off to start it back up you have to hold gas pedal to floor
The car is a 1998 cavalier 2200 with 3 speed auto 204337 miles

Things I have done to car.
Plugs gaped right
MSD wires
fuel filter
coil packs.
