My brother's 2003 cavalier has a U1301 code. The code is a short to battery. I am trying to isolate the circuit that is causing the high current. Does anyone have a power distribution schematic or some suggestions where to start. I started pulling fuses to isolate the current draw, but it seems that it is tied to more than one circuit. I think the high current must be coming from a main feed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I know I am bringing up an old post, but I wanted to let the forum know the outcome of the problem. My brother finally took his car to the dealer.The dealer found a loose ground near the battery. problem solved.
