I have a bosch heated upstream and it hasn't thrown a code on me yet. Have only had it for like 5 months though. I can't see the heated downstream being too much different? I wanted to put an ac delco upstream but I did not know the correct AC delco part number. What are you going to go with?

I just replaced my up stream 02 sensor with NTK brand, Works well. I notice a big differance with my fuel ecomony. I would like to have a AC delco one. Out here I live they don't have ready alavaible.

get bosch they work great, its what we use, i mean they are a race-inspired company, acdelco in my opinion is just stock replacement parts that are priced way too high, my upstream was $20 from advanced for a bosch-non universal-thats half the cost for the same part without buying from a generic company out of someone basement or hong kong

Brand doesn't matter. As long as it's not the universal plug stuff, unless you're awesome at building plugs. Just get the cheapest one, it's not worth your time to find the "best" one.
