I just popped off my intake manifold in order to install the dual pass mod and when it separated from the block there was this overwhelming smell of gas from the intake manifold.

Also, this could be related, but if I restart the engine after having it running for a while it will bog for a few seconds then return to normal.

I know the GM reflash runs pig rich, so is this just a side effect or something else?
