Can't always recreate the problem so it's hard to describe but i'll do my best
driving in traffic it's especially noticable, and in 3rd gear hovering around the 22-2700 rpm mark
randomly starts to jerk and only thing I can do to stop it is clutch in, or shift to 4th (which it also sometimes does it when holding around 2000 rpm)
I thought it could be just sensative to the gas vs clutch, but I am pretty careful with my gas bouncing
I do have a leaking exhaust mani gasket, and I'm thinking it may have something to do with the backpressure that gets built up holding a specific rpm (idk grasping straws really)

Can anyone advise on what I should check???
