i have a 98 cavalier rs with 162k on it. This past 2 months has been bad with this car with problems. as of now i have a headlight out i have changed the bulb and still it wont come on. i have power going to the plug on the car but the light bulb will not light up and the bulb is good. My coolant fan will not turn off. it runs from the min i turn the car on to when i turn it off and the heat settings are turned off. The last thing is when im accelerating my car is making this really loud wining sound its coming from the pass side of the car.
