I put it into reverse, starting backing up, then stopped , then the car jerked back. I had it happen when I was in drive too. It's happened twice already on my 2001 Cavalier Z24 (115k miles). My foot was on the brake as well. I'm hoping it's not my transmission. It doesn't happen all the time just twice in the last week.
