my 02 sunfire with the 2.2 eco at idle bounces between 800 /1500 rpms bogs down untill you give it gas, stalled a couple of times, and when driving, car bogs down and bucks randomly when driving, almost like like a misfire, but no check engine light, just wondering if anyone has had this problem befor and can save me some diag time and point me in the right direction

Thinking it's gatta be related to crank sensor or something. I was just reading through some old old posts and saw a couple things that were close, but not exactly the issue, so maybe you and I can take a ride and you can drive while I watch the data, or I'll drive while you watch the data or something.

Without proper diagnose hard to say. TPS sensor, vacuum leak. Coils, plugs. need to datalog it and actually see whats it's doing.

Yeah we were just looking for a place to start diag.
Misfire monitors are ok, vacuum is good, coil tested good. He hasn't looked at any of the sensor data yet because his scan tool wouldn't read it. But I think he got a hold of a scan tool that will.

Really he was just looking for hey, this happened with mine, could be the same problem type of deal.
