Dont know whats going on with the car, but the day I get all my new audio equipment in the mail, the lock sticks/door wont shut.
Now I can't seem to get the door panel off, I have a 98 sunfire with manual crank windows and manual locks, can anyone point me towards a proper guide to getting this thing off?
-Remove sail panel (by mirror)
-Remove two bolts from under pull handle.
-Remove 4-5 screws on the bottom.
-Remove oval plastic near door handle (easier to get panel out).
-Lower window to the bottom.
-Remove c-clip on the window crank and pull out handle.
-Pry/pull back from the bottom of the panel as it is held up by plastic clips.
-Slide up gently to unhook panel from the top of the metal door/window frame.

Slightly different shape but identical procedure.

If you see yourself opening the door panel alot in the future, it's absolutely worth the $5 to just get the crank removal tool.
Just ridiculously easy with it.
the way i usually get the clip off is using a shop towel and wrapping it around the crank and moving it in a circular motion so the clip gets caught in the fibers of the rag and it will then come off. I actually couldn't find a rag once and ended up using my sock.... lol gotta improvise once and a while.
If you don't have a U-shape trim panel remover, use two small flat-head screwdriver, line them up at the ends of the C-clip and simultaneously pry forward.
