Hello,
i have a friend of mine that has a 95 cavalier. He is restoring the car. Now the car when he switches to the on position does not get ANY light at all and no seatbelt chime. he verified the electric diagram and the cluster is receiving electricity. Also the car does not have Spark. im thinking the PCM went south, any ideas?
my car doesnt make the "no seatbelt noise" anymore...i dont know why

battery is fully charged
replaced a corroded ground cable, problem persist
also:
if i put it the swiitch in the on position, the radio and hvac blower work.
However the wipers are not working and still no lights on the dash
the chime does sounds when you put the key on the ognition, but when i switch to on it goes silent, i dont get the 6 chimes.
ill keep searching for clues and keep you guys updated
