tapping inside on when ac is on (need help)

so i have a ridiculously annoying problem when i turn the ac on something starts tapping cooming from the around the bottom center by the blower motor idk what the hell it is cuz everything still works properly, im thinking maybe an air duct staying stuck ???? idk i dont have time to rip it all apart cuz its my dd that me and the wife use but any suggestions or advice would be really appreciated

Does the noise come from the engine bay or from inside the cabin?

Could be a actuator sticking or trying to release, there is a vaccum comtrolled one there next to the blower....

From inside the cabin and i was thinking it was a air duct but it still blows air on all 4 ducts idk im stumped

My car did this after getting it out of storage last year. Cleared itself up though....

I posted something earlier this week about a similar problem. Mine is a very fast tapping, faster depending on speed I'm using the blower at. I don't know if the best way to describe it is a squeak or tap. Super annoying though.

it's the door in the blower mines been doing it for about 2 years now look on jeremys post I wrote how I stored mine not a fix bit it stops it lol. unfortunately only way to fix is a new blower or ripping out your blower and breaking of the door / flap. hope you can solve it like I did tho much easyer
