I Am having the exact same problem as here (http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=11&i=151237&t=151154#151237) i used a vacuum bleeder too nothing. broke loose the back line on the master with my foot on the brake, fluid shot out, but when i broke the front line nothing.... Master cylinder?
Dose anyone know if i was to replace the master cylinder would i needto reprogram the ab?or do anything at all to the abs?
Why are you bleeding? What did you replace in the brake system?
pads and rotors, i Think i narrowed it down to the master the left front and rare right have no pressure.
should never have to bleed the brakes unless your changing calipers / brake lines / wheel cyls etc. Best thing to do is get a friend to pump the brake peddle. Start with Left rear wheel cyl bleed it 3 times. Then next rear right side wheel cyl. then next front right caliper. Then last drivers side caliper. Just make sure your Master cyl doesn't run out of brake fluid. You should be able to feel pressure building in the braking system on the right rear wheel cyl. Once the air is out of the system it should be back to a firm brake peddle.
Good Luck.
Sorry i should of explained more. after i changed my pads/rotors everything worked fine for a few days, until on day after school my front brake would not release i thought it was a sized caliper so i put a new one on, When i attempted to bleed im getting no fluid coming out even with a vac bleeder. So then i thought ca lapsed rubber brake line. put a new one on nothing. So then i unscrewed the line from the abs no pressure at abs the i Undid the lines at the master. the line closest to the firewall had pressure but when i undid the front line nothing. so now im suspecting the master. left front has nothing and also the right rare.
ps i had my dad pump the brakes and hold them as i was bleeding.
