I have a 2004 Sunfire that I bought about 2 months ago. Shortly after I bought It I realized the 2 centre vents above the radio do not blow air, but the 2 outside vents near the windows do work. Now the colder weather is coming it is sort of a pain. Has anyone had theis problem before? Where would be a good place to start looking?
Ok so I took the dash pad out and did some investigating. What I found was a piece of foam that was jammed down into where the air comes out and routes off to the different vents. It was covering the 2 centre vents and half of each of the outer vents. It appears to have come like that from the factory, weird.
