I just put a motor 2.4l motor out of a 2001 Grand Am in my 2000 Z24 and everytime i start it the starter makes a bad noise so I put a new starter from a 2001 2.4l and it is still doing it. Anybody else have this problem?
yes it's a 4 cylinder
Is it lined up correctly? ive never done a starter on a j-body but from experience with other cars, did you use any shims so it sits correctly on the flywheel?
