I have all lights (interior and exterior) except working headlights, I`ve checked all fuses and I`m leading on wiring being the problem, but does anyone else have this problem? Bulbs are brand new and do work as I have tested them, but there is no power going into the headlights as I have tested the wiring there with a voltmeter.

Headlight switch under the battery bad? Oh and also, car is a 97 Sunfire GT, the buttom lights are on, but when I signal, these do no signal, they stay on (front round ones) but the side markers blink as they should.

Any ideas?
