Bad 2.0 problem

Well I used to have a red 96 cavalier and I used to talk on here about if I should sell it and buy another Camaro or keep it for a while. Well I took a deal I could not pass up and gave it to my brother and now have a nitrous few 96 Z and a 94 2.0 OHC Sunbird MPI (same thing really as a cavalier). Begining of the summer it started acting up, it would loose power on the highway and you would punch it and it would rev up but power would start to fall. It would then go back to normal untill one day it lost all power and will not drive past 15mph (no tranny slipping just looses power). At idle the car runs fine but once you start to give it power the engine shakes a lot in park and does not sound good. In hopes of fixing things this is all that has been raplaced and we are out of options.
Coil pack, plugs, wires, TPS, O2 sensor (had an SES light for it), EGR (was leaking).

ECU tested fine or as far as we can tell. When we got to testing the crankshaft position sensor (threw the ECU) it had pretty low voltage, I think it was supposed to have 5 volts and was pulling 3 or something like that. If that sensor was not working right would it do that? When you disconnect the battery for a minture two then run it it runs fine for about 30 seconds.
I am just tired of spending money and the Z28 needs a fuel pump lol.
Thanks
David
