Hey all, quick one here. Ever since i had stereo and amp installed part of my gauge cluster has been dim. I can barely read the odometer. Did they blow a bulb or something in there. Clueless on my part. I ask because im thinking about getting some new gauges (off ebay, etc.) is this going to affect it or what can i do. Thanx guys and gals.

I'm quilty of that. Spent two hours once tring to figure out why all my lights were dim and then the switch wasn't all the way up.
ya the dimmer is all the way up, all those lights come on just fine and bright, just some of the left side, and the odometer isnt bright....

How big is your amplifier? You could be drawing a lot of power causing them to dim.
the amp is not in the car anymore the power cord is still hooked up but i dont see how that could be affecting it....

Mine did the same thing!!! All the other lights on the cluster work, but the odometer don't light up!!! This happened right after I had the deck & amp installed!! I figured that the bulb burnt out, but though it was a kind wierd that it happened right when the deck & amp was put in??
